Digital Product Owner

The Product Owner will support the development and execution of digital banking and online account opening initiatives by contributing to requirements gathering, test planning, and delivery for the product team.

• Conduct performance reporting and create documentation including user stories and process flows to support the development of digital product features.

• Execute user acceptance testing to support the development and deployment of new products and/or features.

• Analyze product data to identify areas of opportunity for product improvements and help inform decision making.

• Support the maintenance of digital platforms by collaborating with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.

Requirements:

Financial services industry experience as a PO working on account opening projects.

Demonstrated understanding of and experience using Agile processes and methodologies.

Understand their critical role and participation within team ceremonies to ensure product vision is communicated and understood.

Accountable for defining user stories (requirements) and participating in scrum team meetings to ensure delivery of product enhancements.

This is a Contract position based out of Bethpage, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
