FTTH Sales Specialist

As a Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility is to drive the sales of FTTH services to residential customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, such as Canvassing, D2D activity, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and promoting FTTH services to meet or exceed sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of FTTH technology and a strong ability to communicate its benefits to potential customers. Pay Structure: Base: $30,000 + uncapped commission + Bonus Bonuses: Weekly/monthly performance incentives, spiffs, and contests $3,000 New Hire Commission Ramp in the first 2 months Key Responsibilities for FTTH Sales Specialist: Sales Strategy and Execution Product Knowledge Sales Process Management Quota Achievement Documentation and Reporting Qualifications for FTTH Sales Specialist Proven experience in D2D or telecommunications sales. Strong knowledge of Fiber technology and services. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Results-driven and a self-starter with the ability to work independently. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Adept at building and maintaining relationships with customers. Working Conditions for FTTH Sales Specialist This position involves Daily Travel and D2D sales activities. Sales targets may require occasional evening or weekend work.
