Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students from PreK through 8th grade as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist. This position runs from ASAP through May 2027 and is located in a vibrant community near Newton, NC. Work onsite 37.5 hours per week, making a meaningful impact on a caseload of approximately 35-40 students.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload of PreK-8th grade students

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform speech, language, and communication assessments for assigned students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and families
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in accordance with best practices
• Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success and growth
• Provide education and resources to staff and families as needed
