EE/CS Patent Agent - Denver/Other Locations Denver, United States A leading law firm is actively seeking a Patent Agent to join its Intellectual Property Practice Group . This is an extraordinary opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in electrical and software‑related fields . The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution, along with a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics. Preferred experience includes patent prosecution in Artificial Intelligence , Machine Learning , 5G‑Telecom , Robotics , and Semiconductor Manufacturing and Packaging, and Signal Processing . Role and Responsibilities Collaborate with top innovators in drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Contribute to patent litigation and client counseling. Apply technical expertise and legal writing skills in a dynamic legal environment. Professional Growth and Development Significant career advancement opportunities.
