Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems while ensuring top-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
• Create accurate repair estimates for customers.
• Educate customers on HVAC products, services, and maintenance needs.
• Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• Mentor and train junior technicians.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
• Adhere to all local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Participate in rotating on-call shifts, occasional overtime, and weekend work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately).
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. regularly.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, ladders, and outdoor environments.
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Eagerness to learn and stay current with evolving HVAC technology.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record (recent DMV record required).
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
