General Manager – Pizza Hut | Virginia, MN
$60,000–$65,000/year + Bonus
About the Opportunity
Join a growing, family-owned restaurant franchise organization that operates approximately 400 Pizza Hut locations nationwide as part of a broader portfolio of nearly 1,000 restaurants. We're looking for a hands-on, people-first General Manager to lead our Virginia, MN location and build a high-performing team in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring consistent food quality, service speed, and cleanliness standards
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong team of shift leaders and crew members
- Manage labor and food cost controls to hit budgeted profitability targets
- Drive a positive guest experience and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Create and manage weekly schedules to balance service levels with labor efficiency
- Analyze sales, cost, and performance reports to identify opportunities for improvement
- Foster a collaborative, upbeat culture where the team enjoys coming to work
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience, QSR background strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of P&L management, labor scheduling, and inventory control
- A guest-first mentality paired with a drive for operational excellence
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college a plus
