Flexible Scheduling:

We offer flexible scheduling based on client needs and your availability.

• Full-time: Typically 25+ hours per week
• Part-time: 15+ hours per week
• Part-time positions may have opportunities to increase hours and transition to full-time based on client availability and employee preference.

What You'll Do:

As an RBT, you'll work directly with children receiving ABA therapy and play an important role in helping them develop meaningful skills.

You will:

• Implement individualized treatment programs under the supervision of a BCBA
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, daily living, and other important skills
• Collect and record accurate behavioral and skill-acquisition data
• Follow treatment protocols and implement behavior intervention strategies
• Help clients build independence and develop skills that can be used in everyday life
• Communicate regularly with BCBAs, families, and other members of the care team
• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and engaging care to every child
• Maintain professional and ethical standards consistent with RBT requirements
