If you're a night owl with a passion for hospitality and numbers, join our dynamic team! The night auditor will perform reconciliations of the day's financial transitions and function as a front desk agent overnight. The night auditor will also serve as the hotel's manager on duty overnight.Job DutiesGuest Services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM), assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.Night Audit: Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing.Security: Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety and or directs security personnel.Reporting: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.Education & ExperienceExperience: 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.Skills: Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing.
