Looking for a career that makes you smile?Champlain Orthodontics is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator I to join our growing team in both our Williston and St. Albans, VT locations.How you’ll make us better:Greet and receive customers, determines nature of visit, and notifies appropriate team member(s).Performs various administrative duties.Welcomes visitors to the practice and provides information about clinic featuresAnswers, screens, and routes incoming calls and takes messages as neededChecks-in and collects general information from patients on their first visitVerifies insurance informationNotifies clinicians of patient arrival and readinessMake appointments for returning patients as necessaryPrints/reprints appointment reminders and school/work excusesMay make changes to the patient schedule as necessaryCoordinates payment arrangements or account resolutionReceives, stores, and delivers shipments and mailTakes payments and posts to accountUpdates charts and patient informationDrives internal marketing initiatives and fosters participation from everyoneYour special skills:We’re proud of our company culture and heritage of awesomeness.
