Care Coordinator for Sports Physical Therapy Clinic

The right person :
- WILL be a team player, with a positive & Friendly attitude.
- MUST be dependable and organized.
- MUST be capable of multi-tasking and thrive in a high-energy work environment.

Experience in healthcare admin setting a plus, but not required.
Interest in health and Fitness a plus.

Additional skills that align with this position are:
- Familiarity insurance rules, insurance billing and HIPPA regulations.
- Basic Computer competence. Proficiency in commonly used software (Office or similar, Excel, Adobe, etc).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills. Able to successfully manage multiple priorities and diverse activities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Duties Include:
- Direct interactions with patients
- Scheduling. Verifying patient insurance benefits. Explaining benefits to patients. 
- Communication with clinicians and patients regarding all administrative aspects of their care / experience.
