Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Recruiter in Minneapolis, MN!

Pay rate: $28.17/hr.

Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p

Length: 3+ months with potential of extension/conversion based on business needs

Our ideal candidate for this Recruiter must have/must be able to:

• Manages a variety of professional roles requiring continuous effort to attract candidates.

• Provides candidate and hiring manager process oversight.

• Executes full-cycle recruiting, including discovery calls, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.

• Uses competitive intelligence, expanded sourcing, personalized candidate outreach, and persona-based marketing.

• Can flex across multiple job families/functions and business areas.

• Contributes to project work and operational initiatives.

• Serves as a Talent Adviser, providing internal and external talent insights, influencing hiring decisions, and articulating recruiting strategies.

• Designs and executes candidate sourcing/outreach strategies across multiple channels.

• Develops subject-matter expertise in specific talent profiles and/or business areas.

• Leads or contributes to TA projects, initiatives, and process improvements.

• Coaches peers on TA processes, sourcing strategies, and effective partnership behaviors.

Education/Certification Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience requirements for this Recruiter position:

• 1+ years of Recruiting experience

• Complex problem-solving skills

• Advanced sourcing, including passive candidate engagement and market mapping

• Strong project management skills

• Ability to coach

Pay Details: $28.17 per hour
