I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, my background was in launching and leading nonprofit organizations, where I developed a passion for building strong teams and making a meaningful impact. I'm a graduate of the University of Maryland, and our office is located just two miles from the home where I grew up, making the opportunity to serve this community especially meaningful to me. Community involvement remains an important part of who we are. We support organizations and initiatives including the Montgomery County Police Foundation, Winston Churchill High School athletics, and Glen Echo Park. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Bob Willetts - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
