Travel Nurse (RN) - Case Management (Case Manager)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Case Manager Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs/week, M-F Length: 13 weeks Requirements: CA license Minimum of 2 years’ of nursing experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population Nursing knowledge and skills necessary to treat frail, elderly participants and manage complex clinical situations Experience and competency working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing BLS Bilingual English/Spanish preferred This candidate will work closely with a nurse practitioner and an interdisciplinary team on a daily basis.
