ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM Specialist to manage the design, implementation, maintenance, governance, and overall health of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The ideal candidate will ensure Configuration Item (CI) data is accurate, complete, compliant, and properly represented through defined classes and relationships.

• Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB architecture .
• Manage Configuration Item (CI) classes, attributes, and relationships.
• Ensure CMDB data quality, completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Monitor and improve CMDB Health metrics, including completeness, correctness, and compliance.
• Establish and maintain CMDB governance processes, standards, and best practices.
• Identify data-quality issues and implement remediation strategies.
• Ensure CMDB structures and relationships align with CSDM principles.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, cloud, and IT service teams to maintain accurate CI information.
• Support ongoing CMDB improvement and governance initiatives.

• Strong experience with ServiceNow CMDB architecture and administration .
• Expertise in CMDB data quality management and health monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of CI class and relationship management.
• Experience with CMDB governance, standards, and compliance .
• Ability to monitor and improve CMDB completeness, correctness, and compliance metrics.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Windows Server administration.
• Microsoft Azure administration.
• Experience supporting Splunk installation projects .
• Understanding of IT service management and configuration management processes.
