Job Summary
Join The Local House Restaurant and Bar as a Bartender and become part of a vibrant hospitality team in our inviting and energetic environment. Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Take accurate drink and food orders and deliver prompt service
- Bar Operations
- Mix, pour, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout each shift
- Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed
- Food and Beverage Service
- Assist with food service as needed
- Ensure all beverages and menu items meet quality standards
- General Bar Preparation and Maintenance
- Prepare bar for service and close down efficiently at end of shift
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar front-of-house role preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced kitchen and bar environment
- Familiarity with food and beverage preparation
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Schedule
Full time; must be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled.
