Work Schedule: Hybrid. We are in the office every Tuesday, Wednesday and every other Thursday.

Job Description:

This role supports our Campus Recruitment team and is responsible for sourcing and screening early careers talent. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a high volume of requisitions (approximately 50-60 at a time) and will have experience with collegiate recruitment. Local college visits could be a possibility, but most work will be done in the office.

Top 5 Skill sets

• Full life cycle recruitment experience, ideally in the Campus Recruitment space. Experience managing high volume of requisitions from intake to offer.
• Stakeholder management experience. Ability to understand the hiring team’s needs, consult on processes and deliver talent that meets the needs of the team.
• Ability to coordinate on campus events. This includes coordinating schedules with universities, booking rooms, marketing events to students using our Handshake tool and facilitating events.
• Strong process orientation. We manage thousands of candidates and want to ensure an equitable and consistent interview process.
• 5 Highly proficient in MS Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and word. Experience with an Applicant Tacking System like Taleo or Peoplesoft required.
