Human Resources Generalist

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting daily human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. This role acts as a bridge between employees and management to ensure a productive and compliant workplace. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, selection) Coordinate onboarding and induction programs Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes Promote a positive workplace culture HR Operations Maintain employee records and HR documentation Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination Ensure HR policies are updated and implemented Performance Management Assist in performance appraisal processes Support goal setting and employee development plans Compliance & Policies Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Assist in audits and HR reporting Maintain confidentiality of employee data Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Organizational and multitasking ability Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills #J-18808-Ljbffr ZRG Careers
