For us, purpose and people have always come before profit.**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES***(Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following):** Handle performance management and corrective action processes in partnership with HRBP.* Provide guidance on employee relations concerns in partnership with management.* Work with the Legal team to draft employee severance agreements.* Facilitate employee changes within Workday (pay changes, title changes, cost center changes, etc.)* Process employee terminations within Workday.* Partner with the HR team to manage large group onboardings.* Present key information as needed to leadership.* Manage projects and initiatives as directed by management.* Drive continuous improvement across all responsibilities & processes.* Ensure compliance with local/state/federal laws, regulations, and company policies.* Maintains HRIS records and compiles reports from Workday.* Provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients.* Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.* Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.* Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.* Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.* Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.* Undertake tasks around performance management.* Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.* Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.* Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.* Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.* Ensure compliance with labor regulations.**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS***(To perform the job successfully, the candidate should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this job.)** At least 2+ years of relevant experience* Strong presentation skills.* Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.* Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.* Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION*** Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.* At least 2+ years of experience in HR* PHR or SHRM certification**WORK LOCATION*** This position requires on-site attendance.**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*** Sedentary Work**Career Level*** Individual Contributor (IC)The expected salary range for this position is between:$61,200.00 - $71,000.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
