Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health Location: Central Valley / Stockton / Modesto, CA Setting: Home Health Locals: Accepted Schedule Tuesday–Saturday Wednesday–Sunday Monday–Friday Time: 08:00 - 17:00 Requirements OASIS experience required. Home Health experience preferred; candidates without prior Home Health experience may also be considered. California OT License: License in hand preferred. Pending CA license accepted — traveler must have applied for the license prior to submission . COVID exemptions permitted. Hours & Productivity Guaranteed Work Week (GWW) hours are based on completed visits. 25 completed visits = 40 hours. Hours are guaranteed when 25 or more visits are completed. Mileage Mileage between patient visits is reimbursed at the IRS standard mileage rate . Compensation Rate may vary based on coverage territory and candidate experience .
