Hershey's Part-Time Territory Sales Associate (New Bern, NC) Location: New Bern, NC. Flexible schedules available. Travel and Vehicle: This remote position requires traveling to store locations. Candidates must be comfortable driving their personal vehicle 55 miles per day (reimbursement at 62¢ per mile). No car allowance. Work Schedule: Continuous Part-Time: 20-25 hours per week. Average 6-10+ accounts per day. Overlaps core hours 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday–Friday. Compensation: Hourly starting rate $15.50–$16.50 per hour. Major Duties & Responsibilities Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all authorized Hershey items in assigned territory. Ensure flawless retail execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans with retailers. Achieve merchandising objectives through permanent secondary displays and other display vehicles. Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, promotions, and administrative functions. Submit daily activity reports via tablets. Manage sales territory based on its size, retailer count, and location. Job Requirements Valid US state‑issued driver’s license. Personal vehicle in sound operating condition. Personal auto insurance covering a minimum of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage, permitting business use. Reside or be willing to commute within the specified ZIP codes. Ability to drive long distances daily for multiple sales calls. Physical capability to lift 10–40 lbs, bend, kneel, stoop, and demonstrate manual dexterity. Comfortable with tablet technology. Daily access to wireless internet. Flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage.Availability for 20–25 hours per week. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
