Customer Service Representative

Adecco is assisting a well-established company in their search for a Customer Service Representative for an onsite position in Albany, OR. Location: Albany, OR Pay: $17.84/hr with potential $500 hiring bonus (paid out in two $250 payments) Shift: Mon – Fri, between 6a-6p PST Training: Mon – Fri 7a -4p or 8am – 5pm PST Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative position include but are not limited to: Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service. Assess customer needs and identify appropriate solutions. Follow established procedures, scripts, and workflows. Research and resolve customer concerns or elevate complex issues when necessary. Navigate multiple computer systems and applications efficiently. Complete customer registrations and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs. Maintain professionalism and accuracy while handling a high volume of customer interactions.
