Schedule: 40–45 hours per week | Early start times required Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of company equipment including concrete trucks, mid-size and heavy-duty vehicles, and skid steers. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge, is comfortable with computer-based diagnostics, and takes pride in keeping equipment job-ready and safe.

Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues on:
Heavy-duty trucks (including concrete mixers)
Mid-size fleet vehicles
Skid steers and related equipment
Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, inspections, and preventative service
Repair and maintain hydraulic systems , including pumps, cylinders, and hoses
Utilize computer diagnostics tools to identify and resolve equipment issues
Conduct DOT inspections and ensure all equipment meets safety standards
Maintain accurate service and repair records
Work closely with operations team to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime
Respond to occasional field service calls if needed
3+ years of mechanic experience (heavy equipment or fleet preferred)
Strong working knowledge of hydraulic systems
Experience working on large and mid-size trucks
Familiarity with skid steers and construction equipment
Experience with computer diagnostics and troubleshooting tools
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
Ability to work early morning start times and a 40–45
