Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team in the Mental Health/ABA Therapy industry. The ideal candidate has US recruiting experience, excels in communication, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting both talent acquisition and overall staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Interviewing
• Review applications with strong attention to detail.
• Conduct 6–8 video interviews daily (primarily for BT/RBT roles) following the established hiring process.
• Prepare probing questions and notes before interviews; document next steps after each interview.
• Draft post-interview emails for new hire pay rate approval.
• Coordinate closely with the staffing team to align candidate assignments with current openings.
• Candidate & ATS Management
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates via ATS, email, and text.
• Manage interview scheduling and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain job postings and social media accounts relevant to recruitment efforts.
• Develop and publish social media content and manage recruitment advertising.
• Administrative & HR Support
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Conduct new hire orientations.
• Ensure HR compliance and answer employee-related inquiries.
• Manage email and file organization.
• Participate in team, staffing, and company meetings.
• Perform other administrative tasks to support the operations of an ABA therapy business and organizational goals.

Qualification

US recruiting experience required; experience in the Mental Health or ABA field is a plus (training provided). Experience conducting interviews (Zoom proficiency preferred). Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal. Proficient in Google Suite; familiarity with Apploi, Calendly, E-Verify, Applicant Check, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Canva is a plus (training provided). Strong work ethic, reliability, and consistency. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and a fast learner. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport. Reliable internet connection with backup options.
