Senior Data Engineering Manager

Leading a team of data engineers and data scientists, the fully remote Senior Data Engineering Manager will manage the development of scalable data pipelines, ensure high-quality data delivery, and align data strategies with business goals. Key responsibilities: Manage, mentor, and grow a multi-disciplinary team, fostering collaboration and technical excellence Oversee the design and maintenance of data pipelines and architecture to ensure timely data availability Act as the primary liaison between the data team and other departments, gathering requirements and prioritizing requests Required qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or data architecture roles, with at least 2+ years in a leadership capacity Proven experience with modern data integration tools and cloud data platforms, including AWS and Snowflake 3+ years of experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Looker Familiarity with data governance principles and compliance standards, preferably in healthcare
