Get to Know Your Team Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center is an 820,000-square‑foot facility that offers the latest medical programs, cutting‑edge technology, and patient‑focused care that includes 365 beds, 1,200+ employees and a 27‑bed Emergency Room/Fast Track Unit. Responsibilities The RN will direct and oversee the nursing care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination. Qualifications Job Requirements Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing. 3+ years experience as a Registered Nurse. Current and valid NJ Registered Nurse license. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. Strong interpersonal skills. Customer/patient centric attitude. Preferred Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Experience in a psychiatric or behavioral health care facility. Leadership/Charge Nurse experience.
