Be part of something new from day one and help us build the culture, team, and guest experience that will shape our restaurant for years to come.Job DescriptionAt Chick-fil-A Ruby & Sinto, the Director of Operations plays a vital role in leading daily restaurant operations and ensuring our guests receive a remarkable experience every time they visit. We are looking for both an AM Director of Operations and PM Director of Operations who will work closely together to create consistency from open to close. These leaders will be highly present in the operation, developing Team Leaders, supporting Team Members, and ensuring every shift is positioned to serve our guests with excellence. The Director of Operations consistently demonstrates our Core Values, protects and strengthens our culture, and leads with humility, ownership, and excellence. They understand that great operations start with great leadership and work alongside the team to create an environment that is organized, productive, and focused on caring for our guests.
