As a Senior Associate, Tax, you will: Review federal and multi-state tax returns across a diverse client base, including flow-through entities. Conduct research on fundamental tax issues and apply findings to client engagements. Support tax engagements by performing accounting and tax-related responsibilities as assigned by managers. Communicate effectively with managers, partners, and clients to deliver high-quality service. Train and mentor Staff Accountants while supporting team development. Collaborate with tax professionals and administrative teams in a team-oriented environment. What you bring to the role: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. 3+ years of experience in public accounting. Strong proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software. Experience with ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, or Engagement software is a plus. A passion for delivering exceptional client service with integrity and professionalism. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills, including the ability to develop junior team members. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
