Qualifications: * High-school diploma or equivalent preferred * One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred * Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in English * Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems * Possess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team * Ability to be flexible with hours'/shift schedules and assignments The Waters is an equal opportunity employer proudly committed to a diverse workforce.
