Armed Flex Officer

Overview Silver Shield Inc. is seeking dedicated On-Call Armed Security Officers to join our team. This on-call position maintains a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. The role requires strong surveillance skills, conflict management abilities, and knowledge of law enforcement procedures. Responsibilities Patrol assigned areas on foot to ensure the safety and security of the premises. Foot patrol and stair navigation as part of routine security duties. Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances. Provide assistance and guidance to employees and visitors in emergency situations. Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards. Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities. Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of experience as an armed officer or in a similar role (preferred) Valid driver’s license and own vehicle to post in Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Active Level III guard card CPR certification and first aid training to provide immediate medical assistance if needed Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for career advancement within the security field #J-18808-Ljbffr
