Position Title: AI & Databricks Solution Architect / Lead Engineer

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on expertise with Databricks, including:
• Delta Lake
• Spark / PySpark
• Databricks Workflows
• Unity Catalog
• ML flow
• Lakehouse Architecture
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Strong understanding of Data Engineering and Data Architecture principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Experience integrating healthcare data sources and analytics platforms.

Healthcare Domain:

• Understanding of healthcare data ecosystems and standards.
• Experience working with clinical, claims, patient, provider, or operational healthcare datasets.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and data privacy requirements such as HIPAA is preferred.
