Oncology Account Executive, Omaha – Field‑based professional position supporting BillionToOne’s Northstar liquid biopsy products. Responsible for driving sales volume, cultivating relationships with oncologists, and reporting to a Regional Manager. Responsibilities Increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to individual oncologists. Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly in your geography. Engage in effective prospecting, cultivate new business, and maintain key relationships. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Demonstrated successful sales track record (e.g., Presidents club, Chairman’s club, Rookie of the Year, or a history of success at or above goal for multiple quarters/years). Experience selling to medical providers. Experience selling medical diagnostics or medical/surgical devices. Lives within the defined territory and centrally located to accounts. Commitment to travel within defined territory. Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal), with demonstrated ability to present to both internal and external customers. Effective time‑management skills and ability to assess and prioritize opportunity. Exceptionally bright, flexible, self‑motivated, results‑oriented, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and strategic thinking along with tactical execution. Sense of urgency; focus on closing business. Ability to assess the needs of medical professionals and staff with a focus on consultative sales, coordination of logistics, and problem solving. Strong desire to work in a startup environment; must work independently with an internal drive to succeed. Preferred Backgrounds Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience ordering late‑stage cancer liquid biopsy tests. Benefits and Compensation Total compensation range: $241,946 – $311,536 per year (at plan), including base salary $168,346 – $184,186 per year. Commission potential is uncapped.
