The Merchandise Flow Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the timely and efficient movement of merchandise within a single store. This position focuses on coordinating inventory control, scheduling shipments, and ensuring smooth merchandise flow to support store operations. The supervisor works closely with store managers and utilizes standard office productivity tools to maintain seamless communication and oversight.
Responsibilities
- Control and oversee inventory levels within the store
- Schedule merchandise deliveries and replenishments efficiently
- Coordinate merchandise flow to ensure timely availability on the sales floor
- Collaborate closely with store managers for alignment and problem resolution
- Manage documentation and reporting related to merchandise movement
- Utilize office productivity tools to monitor and track merchandise activities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or merchandise management
- High school diploma or equivalent
