Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance, providing real‑time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving KPI goals. Qualifications Results‑oriented seller with at least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sense of care. Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels. Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results. Excellent time‑management skills, effortlessly setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail point‑of‑sale systems. Minimum 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
