Complete Acord applications in our Agency Management System (AMS360). Complete all required supplemental applications. Prepare quotes using insurance carriers on-line rating programs. Work with insurance carrier underwriters to obtain quotations and negotiate terms. Document each customer contact in AMS360. Issue Evidence of Insurance / Certificates of Insurance / Auto ID Cards. Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members. Provideexceptional customer service. Claim follow up calls. Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed. Requirements Currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license. Minimum 3 years working in the Insurance Agency environment Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Great Customer Service Skills. Problem-Solving Capabilities.
