The Problem As Flock expands across Law Enforcement, Commercial, and Community Safety verticals, reaching our buyers effectively requires highly targeted, full-funnel digital advertising. Navigating these complex, long-cycle B2B purchasing journeys demands a paid media strategy that prioritizes audience segmentation over simple channel activation. You will own our cross-channel paid media execution, leveraging deep paid social expertise to test, optimize, and scale campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth. What You'll Own Execute and optimize full-funnel paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging programmatic platforms. Develop audience segmentation strategies that align channel selection, creative assets, and messaging to specific buyer personas and sales stages. Manage daily campaign operations including bid strategy, budget pacing, exclusion lists, and conversion tracking. Establish a structured testing framework across creative formats, audiences, and placements to continuously inform and improve media strategy. Partner with brand and creative teams to write clear, channel-specific creative briefs that translate audience insights into high-performing assets. Build scalable campaign reporting processes to translate full-funnel performance data into actionable recommendations for cross-functional leadership. What This Role is Not This isn't a purely bottom-of-the-funnel demand capture role, you will build full-funnel strategies that support long, complex B2B sales cycles. This is not an order-taking execution job, you will proactively evaluate emerging channels, test new formats, and bring data-backed recommendations for new investments. This isn't an isolated analytics position, you will actively partner with creative and brand teams to shape the assets running in your campaigns. What You Bring Demonstrated hands-on experience managing B2B paid media budgets across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google with a deep understanding of advanced bidding and targeting strategies. Proven track record of building and executing structured testing frameworks with documented hypotheses and clear performance measurement. Strong creative briefing capability with the ability to translate campaign objectives into clear direction for static, video, and lead-generation formats. Analytical proficiency to interpret full-funnel performance data and translate it into actionable business language for sales and marketing leadership. Familiarity with ABM platforms, programmatic DSPs, or Salesforce marketing attribution models is a strong plus. Compensation In this role, you'll receive a starting salary between $97,500 and $125,000 as well as Flock Stock Options.
