Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and develop targeted treatment plans that promote their growth and recovery.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to the unique goals of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid New Jersey state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential for this role.

• Exceptional communication skills are a must, enabling you to establish a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• A strong sense of empathy and compassion, coupled with a non-judgmental attitude, is vital for effectively supporting clients through their challenges.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while ensuring all paperwork and admin tasks are completed on time.
