Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and the management of acute and chronic illnesses within a family practice setting. Need to be fluent in Spanish ,Malayalam , English , Hindi, .Experience with Clinical Weight loss , providing DOT exams, Immigration Medical exams . If New graduate , can apply will train and orient the right candidate

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive health assessments
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
- Provide immunizations family planning services, and well-child check-ups
- Perform minor procedures including wound care, suturing, and skin biopsies
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

Skills:

- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation
- Experience in infant care, toddler care, and family-centered healthcare
- Knowledge of pain management techniques
- Familiarity with discharge planning processes
- Ability to phlebotomize , injections
