Role Description The Director of Sales and Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Coral Springs, FL. This role is responsible for leading sales strategy, managing key customer relationships, and driving new business opportunities in the global ATR and Embraer aftermarket. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales operations, setting revenue targets, analyzing market trends, and coordinating sales campaigns with marketing initiatives. The director will develop and implement marketing plans, strengthen the company’s brand presence, and support customer retention through proactive account management. The role also involves leading and mentoring a sales and marketing team, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and providing regular performance reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Applicant must have Aircraft Parts Sales Experience, all others need not apply.

• Strong Sales and Business Development skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and contract negotiation.
• Experience in Sales Operations, such as forecasting, performance tracking, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in Customer Service, with a focus on relationship management and customer satisfaction in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated Team Management abilities, including coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Background in aviation, aerospace, or related technical industries is highly beneficial.
• Ability to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies, including digital and traditional channels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with comfort interacting at executive levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools, and strong data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
