Job Description Job Description Estimating + Project Administrator/Assistant
Responsibilities in fast paced contracting office to include but not limited to:
- bid preparation
- purchasing
- data management
- submittals
- project closeout documents - proficient in Word and Excel with some use of Adobe We are looking for:
* dependable and consistent
* detail oriented and thorough
* proactive
* multi-tasking a must
+++ experience in trade/contracting office preferred
