Quant Analytics Manager: Model Risk & ML Governance

OneMain Financial seeks a Quantitative Analytics Manager in Wilmington, DE (Hybrid) to lead Model Risk Management and strengthen regulatory alignment with SR 26-2 and OCC expectations. You will oversee the full model lifecycle, apply advanced analytics, and challenge model development with rigor. You will collaborate with data science and technology teams, validate ML and risk models used in marketing, origination, servicing, and loss mitigation, and communicate findings clearly to auditors and #J-18808-Ljbffr OneMain Financial
