Quality Training Lead: Curriculum & Compliance
IES Communications
IES is seeking a Quality Training Specialist to develop trade-related curricula, deliver training, and conduct quality audits for IES projects. This role includes on-site support, classroom instruction, and evaluating training effectiveness. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of training experience, strong project management skills in telecom or construction, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
