Lab Training Lead - Compliance & Growth

Certified Group seeks a Training Specialist to develop, deliver, and maintain comprehensive training programs for laboratory staff and supervisors. You will blend classroom instruction, hands-on training, and digital learning to ensure competency across safety, quality, and professional development. You will track progression, mentor staff, and support onboarding while aligning with ISO/IEC 17025, GLP, GMP and other standards.
