Guest Experience Specialist - Front Desk & Reservations

Extended Stay America

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly welcome guests, check them in and out, handle reservations and payments, and maintain front desk operations in accordance with company procedures. You will answer phones, assist guests with requests, and help uphold safety and security standards while delivering friendly service and accuracy in daily front desk tasks.
