Vigil Agency LLC , a trusted Allstate Agency in Parker, CO, is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is goal-driven , client-focused , and looking to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.
What We're Looking For:
- Highly motivated sales professional with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Must have active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Insurance experience required (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be willing to work in-office at our Parker, CO location (this is not a remote position)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new customer relationships
- Educate clients on Allstate’s insurance products and coverage options
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients while pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
