Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This onsite, temp to hire opportunity is based in Boca Raton, Florida and offers the chance to work closely with legal professionals across a variety of practice areas. The position plays a vital role in maintaining efficient office operations, coordinating administrative support activities, and ensuring high quality service for both internal and external stakeholders. Compensation:
$26.00 to $30.00 per hour

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Legal Assistant:

• Support attorneys and legal staff by providing comprehensive administrative assistance across multiple areas of legal practice.
• Coordinate daily office functions, including front desk coverage and operational support responsibilities as business needs require.
• Manage document preparation, formatting, revisions, and distribution while maintaining accuracy and consistency in legal correspondence and records.
• Facilitate effective communication with clients, colleagues, and business partners while delivering a high standard of service and professionalism.
• Prioritize and monitor multiple assignments simultaneously to ensure deadlines, requests, and administrative projects are completed efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills for the Litigation Legal Assistant:

• Minimum of five years of experience in a legal support or legal assistant capacity within a professional services environment.
• At least two years of experience supporting complex litigation matters, with exposure to business or commercial disputes preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, including advanced document editing features such as track changes and document formatting tools.
• Previous experience with document production, word processing, or legal document preparation is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational, communication, customer service, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
