This position is ideal for an attorney with at least 5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for candidates who have handled complex business litigation. The ideal candidate will have exceptional academic credentials, strong legal writing abilities, and experience with a variety of commercial and business disputes. Key Responsibilities Manage complex business and commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda in federal and state courts Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery, and prepare for trial Represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and ensure consistent communication Collaborate with legal teams to ensure high-quality service and execution Participate in business development and select contingency or incentive-fee cases Mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in complex business litigation Member in good standing with the Florida Bar Prior experience at a large law firm or judicial clerkship strongly preferred Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Detail Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Legal Industries: Legal Services To explore this opportunity, apply today to join the Firm’s litigation team in West Palm Beach. #J-18808-Ljbffr
