Amazon Account Manager

We are partnering with a growing luxury fashion and lifestyle company seeking an experienced Marketplace Account Manager to oversee and scale its Amazon business. The company partners with premium brands and major retailers worldwide, providing end-to-end support across distribution, ecommerce, logistics, marketing, and growth strategy. The Role The Marketplace Account Manager will own the full lifecycle of Amazon marketplace operations, from inventory management and fulfillment to advertising, account health, and sales performance. The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytical self-starter with strong Amazon Seller Central and FBA experience who can independently manage day-to-day marketplace operations while developing strategies to grow the business. Key Responsibilities Amazon Marketplace Management & Growth Own and execute the sales plan for the Amazon business, driving revenue growth and marketplace performance. Manage daily Amazon Seller Central operations, including account health, product listings, inventory, and seller performance. Monitor marketplace trends, competitor pricing, SKU counts, and Buy Box performance to identify growth opportunities. Launch new products and troubleshoot listing errors across marketplace channels. Manage coupons, promotions, and Amazon deals to drive sales and visibility. Oversee Amazon FBA and FBM operations, including inventory replenishment, removals, returns, and reimbursements. Analyze FBA inventory sell-through and maintain appropriate inventory levels. Manage removal orders and ensure accurate inventory reconciliation. Monitor shipping performance, fulfillment requirements, and Seller Fulfilled Prime metrics. Resolve operational discrepancies, routing issues, and marketplace account challenges. Partner with internal teams to optimize inventory, pricing, and assortment. Amazon Advertising & Performance Manage Amazon Advertising campaigns, including campaign optimization and bid adjustments. Analyze advertising spend and maintain performance targets related to ACOS and ROAS. Develop and monitor marketing budgets to support profitable growth. Track and report on sales, gross margins, returns, and marketplace performance. Leverage data and marketplace insights to recommend improvements and new growth strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with operations, logistics, marketing, and other internal teams to achieve business objectives. Ensure marketplace execution aligns with brand positioning and business goals. Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline operations, and scale the marketplace business. Qualifications 3+ years of experience directly managing online marketplaces. Minimum 1 year of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience. Minimum 1 year of Amazon FBA experience. Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace operations, inventory management, fulfillment, and account health. Experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns and analyzing ACOS/ROAS. Advanced Excel proficiency, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and other analytical functions. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience within fashion, luxury, apparel, or consumer goods is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr 24 Seven Talent
