Be a part of a brand-new, multidisciplinary unit in Vanderbilt's newest tower. This fast-paced ICU/Stepdown hybrid unit offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-acuity care in a team-based environment. Nurses and providers will round collaboratively, and the team will foster an upbeat, supportive culture.

Patient Population Includes:

• Acute Respiratory Failure & ARDS
• Multi-System Organ Failure & Sepsis
• Drug Overdose & GI Bleeds
• Diabetic Ketoacidosis & Hypertensive Crisis
• Acute/Chronic Renal Failure
• Liver Failure/Cirrhosis

Nurse-to-Patient Ratios:

• ICU: 1:12
• Stepdown: 1:34

Preferred candidates will have 2 years of acute care experience or 1 year of ICU experience.
