OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in South Burlington, VT by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to run freight nationwide. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 65 CPM, with weekly averages of around 2,500 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more. Drivers enjoy modern trucks under 3 years old—equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers—plus reliable in-house maintenance support. Home every tree weeks, with full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
