Vice President Finance

Vice President of Finance - $160,000 to $180,000 plus bonus (IN OFFICE) Unique opportunity to join a growing, privately held company (approximately 100 employees) on the west side (York side) of Lancaster County. This position is open based on the promotion of the incumbent and will report to the company’s President. The Vice President of Finance will be the top financial position within this growing company and will manage a tenured and established team. The role is a hybrid Controller/CFO that will manage external relationships with banks, insurance companies, and public accounting firms. Responsibilities include managing the accounting close process, financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and financial systems. We are looking for a true strategic business partner to support the company’s growth plans over the next decade. Bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minimum of 10 years accounting/finance experience required. This is an IN‑OFFICE role for a company that promotes flexibility.
